These Terms govern your use of handpikt (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
handpikt lets hotels, villas and short-stay hosts send guests a branded guide of local venues, each with a perk redeemed in person via a QR code, and track issued vs redeemed perks.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials secure.
- You're responsible for activity under your account and your staff users.
- You must have the right to upload any guest data you import.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no unlawful content, spam, infringing material, attempts to breach security, or sending to people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
4. Plans, billing & cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from “Manage subscription”.
- Downgrading or cancelling reduces your limits. If you have more venues than your new plan allows, venues over the limit are hidden from guests (we don't guarantee which remain visible) until you upgrade again. We don't delete your venues for this reason.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Guest data
For guest data you upload, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf per our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to contact your guests.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Service and its software. You own your content (logos, venue details, guest data) and grant us the licence needed to operate the Service for you.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates Stripe, Resend, Google (Wallet, Maps, Tag Manager) and Apple Wallet. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.
8. Availability & disclaimer
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is”, without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, handpikt is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
11. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, unless mandatory local law applies.
