Staff scan the guest's QR and enter a short venue code to confirm. No hardware, no training — and every redemption is logged so you both see real numbers.

Can I add places without a perk?

Yes. Alongside perks you can add pure suggestions — favourite restaurants, bars, beaches or spas with no strings. Guests get them in a separate “Local guide” tab, browsable as a list or on a map.

Where do the ratings and reviews come from?

When you add a venue from Google, handpikt stores its link and ★ rating and shows it on the guide — you can hide it per venue. Review text stays on Google; guests tap through to read it.

Can guests use it inside the hotel?

Yes — share one link as a lobby QR or open it on a room tablet, no booking needed. It shows the same guide, perks and map.

Does it connect to my booking system?

Yes. WebHotelier reservations sync automatically and email each guest their guide. Bookings from any other channel — Booking.com, Expedia, direct — import via CSV.

What if I manage more than one hotel?
